1Are you insured to remove junk?
Yes, our company and all of our drivers are fully insured by a reputable third party insurance company.
2Are you licensed to carry waste?
Yes, we are licenced by the state of CA to carry and dispose of non-hazourdous junk.
3Are you able to work outside of your normal business hours?
We try to be as accommodating as possible with all our customers. If you need junk cleared outside of normal business hours let us know and we will try our best to help you. We can generally do a pick-up before the start of normal business hours most days of the week.
4Do I have to be at the property to recycle my junk?
Not always. You can arrange for collections to happen with someone else, a contact person that will be on site. We will contact you upon completion of the job so you know the work has been done.
5How do you charge?
We charge by volume (ie. how much space is taken up in the truck) of waste removed. However if the material is particularly heavy (eg. bricks, soil etc) we have to charge according to weight. Cancellation fees do not apply if we are notified 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations AFTER this period will incur a minimum cancellation charge.
6How soon can I book an appointment?
We like to book a time that's convenient for you so it's always helpful to call us sooner rather than later. If you need items cleared urgently, we can often schedule this within 2 days of your call.
7Which areas do you cover?
The LA Metropolitan Area. That means LA, OC, IE, Ventura Counties.
